Using this site
This site lets you place catering orders for delivery from a Winfield Street Coffee location. By placing an order you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information for your order.
Orders and pricing
Prices, available items and delivery windows are set by the store fulfilling your order and may vary by location. An order is confirmed once the store accepts it. Orders require advance notice; the exact lead time and any cutoff is shown at checkout for your store.
Delivery
Delivery is provided by the store's own delivery staff within the store's delivery area. Delivery windows are estimates. If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address and time provided, additional charges may apply to redeliver or reschedule.
Changes and cancellations
You can request changes or cancel an order from your account up until the deadline shown on the order page, which varies by how close the order is to its scheduled date and time. Cancellations made close to the event date may not be eligible for a full refund; the refund policy that applies to your order is shown at checkout and on the order page before you cancel.
Payment
Payment is settled with the store fulfilling your order. When online payment is enabled, it is processed natively through Clover, our point of sale provider; we do not store your card number on this site.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
Limitation of liability
We provide this ordering platform on behalf of the store fulfilling your order. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
